Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if you have changed your mind or if there was an issue with your order.
To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours at support@mauryabilling.in or call 885-886-6565. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it promptly.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only within 24 hours of purchase.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it as quickly as possible. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refunds will not be granted if more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following types of services are non-refundable:

Any services or products that have been fully delivered or used (e.g., custom invoicing services or digital downloads).
Any services or digital products purchased after 24 hours from the order date.

5. Processing Time

In certain circumstances, refunds or cancellations may not be processed, including but not limited to:

If you request a refund after 24 hours of purchase.
If the product or service has already been fully accessed or delivered.
